The plugin runs on your WordPress site; the panel is where you manage the Tulapp account behind it — subscription, licenses, invoices, and Pro access controls.
After registering, your account dashboard lists every WordPress site you've linked. Linking a site connects it to your Tulapp account so it can activate a license and reach Tulapp Cloud features — the plugin's own Overview tab has the connection details to complete this from the WordPress side.
Static Shield Pro is one annual subscription that covers multiple sites: a first-site price, then a lower rate for each additional site on the same subscription. From the subscription page you can:
Cancelling doesn't remove protection already applied to a licensed site — it stops the subscription from renewing, per the terms.
Past invoices for your subscription are available from your account at any time. Billing details (company name, VAT number, address) can be updated from the same area and apply to future invoices.
If a site has Vault Mode enabled (from the plugin's Access & Isolation tab), the panel is where you actually open and close access: wake it to grant temporary wp-admin reachability — by default from the browser you're currently using — for a chosen number of minutes, then let it expire automatically or put it back to sleep manually. The panel also manages the trusted IP list for the site: allow your current IP, add a specific address, or revoke one you added earlier.
You can also start a Static Shield Pro subscription directly from the panel — choose how many sites, enter billing details, and complete checkout — then install the free plugin on each site afterward and connect it to the license you already own.
