Static Shield + Yoast SEO

Coded compatibility profile

Yoast's meta tags, Open Graph, and schema.org output are baked into every page as static content. Its XML sitemap is not yet included in the static crawl route manifest, so it still falls through to WordPress live.

Recommended mode

No single mode applies — Yoast SEO doesn't influence which serving mode a site should use; see the notes below for what it actually does.

Static behavior

Meta tags, Open Graph tags, and schema.org markup are rendered into the static release.

Dynamic behavior

The XML sitemap (/sitemap_index.xml) is currently served dynamically.

Bridges & routes

None — the sitemap is treated as a dynamic route rather than a bridge.

Setup

No special setup — detected automatically once active.

Limitations

The sitemap being dynamic is a documented gap the plugin's own adapter code flags as a candidate for a future static classification, not a permanent limitation of the approach.
